Luxepalace offers a standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty applies to the following product categories:

- Beds
- Massage Chairs
- Mirrors
The warranty period begins from the date of delivery.
2. What is Covered?
Under this warranty, Luxepalace (working with the goods' manufacturers ) will repair or replace (at our discretion) products that exhibit defects in:
- Structural integrity, including frames and mechanisms.
- Workmanship and materials, such as stitching, upholstery, and finishing.
- Electrical components (for massage chairs only).
3. What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discolouration, and softening of cushions.
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations by unauthorised third parties.
- Damage from exposure to extreme conditions, such as moisture, direct sunlight, or heat.
- Commercial or non-residential use.
- Any issues related to user preference, such as comfort level or minor cosmetic variations.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

- Provide Proof of Purchase – Attach a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
- Submit Photos/Videos – Include images or videos showing the defect to assist our assessment.
Once we receive your request, our team will evaluate the claim and provide further instructions. If a repair or replacement is needed, we will arrange for service at no additional cost within the UK mainland.
5. Limitations of Liability
Luxepalace’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
6. Your Legal Rights
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
