We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luxe Palace experience. If you're not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🗓 Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return: 

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Items must not be damaged, washed, or altered.
  • Certain items (e.g. hygiene-related or made-to-order) may not be returnable. Please refer to individual product pages for more details.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team at info@luxepalace.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA), if eligible.

⚠️ Please do not send any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To order a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
