At LUXE PALACE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process in line with UK Consumer Rights Regulations.

Return Window

  • You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Items must be in resellable condition.
  • Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

    Personal care & beauty products

    Earrings and intimate wear

    Made-to-order or customised items

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@luxepalace.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos if the product is damaged or defective

2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

3. If approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

⚠️ Please do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong or damaged item).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.
