🗓 Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Items must not be damaged, washed, or altered.
- Certain items (e.g. hygiene-related or made-to-order) may not be returnable. Please refer to individual product pages for more details.
How to Request a Return
Please contact our support team at info@luxepalace.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA), if eligible.

💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To order a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
