Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship only within the UK.
  • Orders placed with addresses outside the UK cannot be fulfilled.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT, London) will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday).
  • Estimated total delivery timeframe: 3–7 business days (processing + delivery).
  • No deliveries on UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery Costs

  • Free Delivery on all orders above £500.
  • For orders below £500, a flat-rate shipping fee of £20 will apply.

Delivery Failure

  • Once dispatched, delivery addresses cannot be modified.
